Shipping Policy
Worldwide Shipping We proudly ship worldwide to most countries. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international warehouse in China. Processing & Delivery Time Processing time: 1–3 business days Average delivery time: 10–30 business days depending on destination Most customers receive their orders within 14 days (including processing). After dispatch, average delivery takes 4–10 business days. Please note that weekends or public holidays may affect delivery schedules. We always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Order Fulfillment & Tracking Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (and by text if you provided a phone number). You can track your package using the link included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system after dispatch. Wrong Address Disclaimer Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@gymste.com We try to process orders quickly, so once an order has been fulfilled, we may not be able to update the address. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your shipping carrier directly using the details from your tracking page. Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. Return Period We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must: Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). Include the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned without prior approval or past the 30-day period will not be accepted. 2. Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled. 3. How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@gymste.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. You must return the product in its original packaging. Items not returned in their original packaging will be eligible only for a partial refund (70%). Items sent back without an approved return authorization will not be accepted. 4. Return Shipping Cost Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. There are no restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the returned items. Any shipping costs, expedited processing, or insurance add-ons are non-refundable. 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@gymste.com with photo or video evidence. Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no cost, using an expedited shipping method. 6. Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing time: Check your bank or card account again. Contact your payment provider, as refunds can take 2–4 business days to post. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@gymste.com with your order number for further assistance. 8. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong product or color), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will send the replacement item once the original product has been received and inspected. 9. Return Address All authorized returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team during your return approval process. We cannot accept packages returned to any other address or without prior authorization.
